At Heliconia International, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of textile products and customized manufacturing, the following refund policy applies.
Refund or replacement requests for standard fabric products must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
Customized, dyed, printed, or specially manufactured fabrics are non-refundable and non-cancellable once production has started.
If you receive damaged or incorrect products, please contact us with photos and order details within 48 hours of delivery.
After verification, we may offer:
Shipping and export charges are generally non-refundable unless the issue is caused by our error.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.
Bulk export orders are subject to mutually agreed commercial terms, sampling approval, and production agreements.
